Journeys into the Chakras is a series of 7 guided meditations exploring one chakra each week. We use a range of techniques to explore and rebalance the chakras through sound, breath and meditation. You will be given tools and guidance that you can easily bring into your daily life.
Want to let go and prepare for the weekend? Let's clear the worries of the week by clearing our minds and chakras.
For greatest benefit it is recommended to follow the series, drop-ins are also welcome.
What should I expect?
Intro: We will begin the class with a brief introduction into what the chakra represents, how it can affect you physically, mentally and emotionally. How we can integrate simple ways in our daily lives to help rebalance.
Chakra toning: Using breath and sound to clear all 7 chakras before focusing on the particular chakra that week. This is a great way to prepare for any meditation, yoga practice or even as a quick daily practice in itself.
Guided Meditation: You will be invited to journey into the chakra, guided by my voice and drumming or sound. Each Chakra it will be associated with a particular element or direction which we will use to help open and rebalance.
How do I know this is for me?
This is for everyone from beginners to more advanced as you will be given tools and guidance to start or improve your own practice. With a specific focus each week on each chakra it allows space to quieten the mind and guides us to rebalance our subtle energy bodies with lasting effects.
If you are particularly interested in Shamanic techniques, connecting with nature or energy healing this will be particularly beneficial.
